Booking Terms

Before publishing: these mirror the cancellation window and age limits currently shown on the site. Confirm they match your insurance, your operator licence and what your booking provider enforces.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us or from our booking provider. Prices are quoted per person in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours, or for no-shows, the booking is non-refundable. To change a date, contact us as early as you can and we will move you to the next available slot where possible.

Weather

The river is weather-dependent. If we cancel for unsafe conditions — heavy rain, high water, storms — you may reschedule or take a full refund. We make that call, not you, and we make it in the interest of safety.

Safety and fitness

Guests must be aged 5 or over. Life vests are fitted and must be worn for the whole float. Our guides may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or where a medical condition or pregnancy makes the activity unsafe. No refund is due where participation is refused on safety grounds.

You take part at your own risk and must follow guide instructions at all times. Tell us about medical conditions, non-swimmers and mobility needs when you book.

Belongings

Bring as little as possible. We provide secure storage where available, but we are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the river.

Photography

We photograph and film on the river and may use those images to promote the experience. Tell your guide on the day if you would rather not appear, and we will respect that.
