"The water balls had our teenagers off their phones for two straight hours. That alone was worth the trip. The river float afterwards was pure magic."

"We came off a cruise ship worried about timing. The transfer was seamless, and floating under the rainforest canopy felt a world away from the port."

Good To Know

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything to know before you float.

No. Everyone wears a fitted life vest, the river is gentle, and guides are positioned along the whole route. Non-swimmers float with us every day.

Swimwear, water shoes or secure sandals, a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. Lockers are free — leave valuables on shore. Our crew captures photos and video so your phone can stay dry.

River tubing is open to ages 5 and up with child-sized vests and tubes. Water walking balls run calm-water sessions with dedicated spotters for younger children.

Light rain is part of the rainforest and honestly makes the float prettier. If river conditions ever exceed our safety thresholds, we reschedule you free or refund in full — your call.

Yes. The river is only about 20 minutes from the Castries cruise harbour, transfers are timed against your ship's all-aboard with generous buffer, and we track sail times for every vessel in port that day.

Free cancellation or date changes up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours, we'll always try to move you to another slot first.
