Who we are

Saint Lucia River Tubing operates river tubing and related experiences in the Roseau Valley, Saint Lucia. You can reach us at hello@saintluciarivertubing.com.

What we collect

When you make a booking enquiry we collect the name, contact details, party size and dates you give us. If you complete a booking through our booking provider, that provider collects the details needed to take payment — we never see or store your full card details.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers needed to deliver your booking.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our booking provider may set cookies necessary to hold your reservation while you check out.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting and safety obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are no longer active.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our experiences welcome children, but bookings must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
